Last night grandma and grandpa arrived to the delight of all. George was so excited as we let them in through the garage door. He received no shortage of love, adoration and attention and... was completely spoiled as every 2 year old should be! Grandma had no shortage of hugs and loves as grandpa had no shortage of teasing. The giggling and squealing that erupted the house would have made the grouchiest people in the world grin! George of course did not want to go to bed, and that was fine, he got to stay up till midnight!
Today we had his fire suit costume put together, and Grandma helped him learn how to use his imaginary fire hose! With a bit of practice, tomorrow he should be set and ready to put out any fires that should appear during halloween (hopefully all imaginary ones!!!).
We also want to give a huge shout of thanks to Sloan, who gifted such a beautiful tent to George, and such a cute winter hat! George has been having a blast playing in the tent, and with being caught and tickled as he crawls and hides in it. With some help, he's learned how to crawl through the tunnels and is now a pro at it too! :)
