Apple chips are sweet, amazing, tasty, and super easy to make. What do you need? Apples, just apple. To make it extra special, I sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Some recipes use sugar with the cinnamon, but it's a really needless and just a plain unhealthy addition. My son loves these, and we down them as soon as their done! The only hard part in this recipe is the waiting!
Ingredients:
3+ apples (I use Gala, just so delicious, sweet and crisp)

Cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Slice up apples thinly. Line apple slices up on a non-stick baking sheet, and sprinkle with cinnamon (they can touch, just don't overlap).
- Bake for one hour and flip over. Then bake for another 1/2 hour to an hour, depending on thickness (I like to cook mine till they're as crisp as regular chips, but some people might like them softer).
- Let them cool and enjoy! Put the leftovers in a ziplock bag if there any leftover. ;)
