I am so happy we went down the hill yesterday! I didn't even know it was Labor Day Weekend, nor that the mall has the best sales available!!! Normally, I do not buy clothes from the mall, I buy clothes them from Walmart, Target (on the high end for me!) and TJ Max! But when I saw the mark off tags on darling boy clothes and then realized it there was an additonal 40% off mark off that price as well, I ... ok, well, I freaked! A $32 pair of shoes for $6, and several adorable well made T-Shirts like the one above for $3.60-$6.99, and the so many other fantastic deals was insane. Granted there were clothes with no mark off prices, but everything in store was 40% off the marked price on the tag (including discount markings on tags). I'm a little more frugal, at least when I can be, and always go for the cheapest but good looking items. All shorts/pants were originally $30 and I got them for under $10 each. If any item ended up being over $10 in the end, I put it back (the sale calculator app helped a lot). I mostly got the cute shorts, and knew I could just get the $10 jeans at Walmart later (and we did. We really need thick long pants at our new home). Anyway, Nana and I had a blast shopping yesterday, after she got fantastic care at the Apple store and got her computer fixed and figured out (that place is always packed)! George was sacked out in his stroller, so cute and fast asleep, which was a HUGE blessing (I would not have been able to get the shopping done that I did otherwise, and he wouldn't have a whole new wardrobe for sure).
