Labor day was a terrific day. George got to see his cousin Kaydon, Anut Holly and Uncle Cody, his Nana, and daddy and I were there too of course!
I think the kids' favorite part was the water park at a new downtown playground. I have never seen such an expensive luxury playground, decked with security guards (to keep the peace and enforce park rules), completely free for the use of the public. Its a mouth dropping park. SD has gone above and beyond and it's as good as going to Lego Land! Well, better, considering it's free, with a view of the bay.
Anyway, it made me grin, seeing the excitement of George and Kaydon. Its been a tad bit since they hanged out, but they warmed up immediately to each other and are the greatest pals. :)

Later, Uncle Cody and Aunt Holly did terrific on the skidoo when we got to Nana's! Kaydon and George waved them off, and after big bro did a twirl with Holly screaming in a bit of terror, they took off to the bay in luxury style.
Holly came back a while later and enjoyed watching the kids play as big bro went crazy at 45 miles an hour, flinging himself off twice and had a complete blast with the whole experience! It was cool seeing him stroll in with style, and Holly shouting "Oh, my Romeo!".

While Cody and Holly relaxed for a bit, the kids played on Nana's boat, and hubby was awesome watching them as I sacked out on the couch tired and exhausted from heat and walking. Thank you Sweetheart, I Love You <3 <3 <3 It was indeed a fabulous day!
