Ok, so I've done a do it yourself haircut once before, but my hubby helped me, so it wasn't completely "do it yourself!", but this time I got stir crazy at home and decided to do something reckless. ;) It didn't turn out exactly how I wanted, but I managed ok, and it looks presentable, so I'll give myself a thumbs up for a job well done!
If you want to save money or just feel self reliant, I found out how to do DIY Haircuts at http://www.howtohairgirl.com/2013/01/5-diy-haircuts-to-try-today/
I did haircut #3 and had to do some touch ups that I've learned on DIY videos on YouTube and cosmopolitan, mainly because I have a side part, which ruined the face frame. Oh well, it turned out great, at least in the pic!
